Improving lives through Kundalini Yoga and Wilderness Therapy

We are living in the Aquarian Age; a time where technology has saturated our lives, and a vast ocean of information is at our fingertips. Wild Awakening provides practical tools for teenagers to navigate through the Aquarian Age. We strive to create an environment where teens challenge themselves physically and mentally in a wilderness setting in order to experience their true selves.

Wild Awakening is a 21-day expedition-based program that uses a variety of therapeutic techniques to support teens. During the three-week program, the participants will hike the ‘100 Mile Wilderness’ of the Appalachian Trail in Maine, engage in the daily practice of Kundalini Yoga and meditation, participate in therapy circles, reflect in a journal, practice primitive skills, and prepare healthy food.
